Service Claim Process
The EBSCO Signs & Displays Customer Satisfaction team provides a single point of contact for all of your service needs.
The following outlines the step by step process.
An inquiry is made on ebscosigns.com/support or to 1-800-285-2504 to report a problem and schedule an appointment
to work with a technician. A service claim ticket is issued simultaneously.
- A trained technician will troubleshoot the issue.
- If onsite service is required, the technician will schedule the visit.
- The dispatched service technician will call to confirm the work order date and time of service.
- The technician performs the work and completes service claim ticket.
- A call is made verifying your satisfaction with the service and a performance rating is obtained via survey.
