Coverage is fully guaranteed during the entire term of the service agreement.

  • Coverage includes all warranty repairs and trip charges up to $2,500 per occurrence.
  • Coverage starts upon receipt of signed contract and ends on the expiration date of service agreement.
  • Single point of contact for all service needs including technical support, diagnostics and service dispatch.
  • If there is a change in ownership, coverage is transferable to the new owner at no additional cost.
  • Resellers have the opportunity to become part of the EBSCO Signs & Displays Nationwide Service Network.

Service Claim Process

The EBSCO Signs & Displays Customer Satisfaction team provides a single point of contact for all of your service needs. The following outlines the step by step process.

  1. An inquiry is made on ebscosigns.com/support or to 1-800-285-2504 to report a problem and schedule an appointment to work with a technician. A service claim ticket is issued simultaneously.
  2. A trained technician will troubleshoot the issue.
  3. If onsite service is required, the technician will schedule the visit.
  4. The dispatched service technician will call to confirm the work order date and time of service.
  5. The technician performs the work and completes service claim ticket.
  6. A call is made verifying your satisfaction with the service and a performance rating is obtained via survey.
